“I wanted to take a moment to recognize two employees at Starbucks, Laura and Amberly, for the exceptional service they provided. Both of them demonstrated a level of professionalism, teamwork, and customer care that truly stood out.
Amberly was very welcoming and attentive when taking my order, making sure everything was correct and that I felt valued as a customer. Laura prepared the drinks quickly and with great attention to detail, and both of them maintained a positive attitude even while the store was busy.
What impressed me the most was how well they worked together and how they treated customers with genuine kindness and respect. It’s employees like Laura and Amberly who represent Starbucks in the Venus TX location, the best way and create the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back.
Management should be proud to have team members like them. I hope their hard work and dedication are recognized because they absolutely deserve it.“

“Such a great little coffee truck right by my job! The owner is so sweet and the iced caramel latte is AMAZING (honestly better than Starbucks🫣). So happy to have this spot nearby!! They have really good muffins too!“

“I have been here 2x now with family. The building is adorable and bathrooms are available to customers. Staff has always been kind and available to answer questions about the food/beverages. They also do little coffee art on top- which is just that extra little sparkle. The patio is large and fans are installed to help with those hot summers in Texas. Prices are comparative in the area. Very cute spot for breakfast/brunch/lunch.“

“Stopped in their Alvarado location for an after lunch pick me up. The ladies behind the counter greeted me as I walked in. Grabbed a tasty hot latte with toasted marshmallow syrup that hit the spot! Always nice to find a local coffee shop. Next time I will have to try some of the food they offer.“

“Updating my review Scooters has been my favorite coffee place since moving to Texas! The employees are always so kind, patient, and helpful! The coffee and Red Bull infusions are always so tasty 😋 I wanted to update today, as recently C and I stopped at Scooters. He read off my usual order, which is a large vanilla cream cold brew with extra cream and sugar, and the sweet lady running the drive thru speaker responded with “And let me guess an XL Peach Wave” 🤣🤣🤣That absolutely makes me laugh to this day. I always have such a wonderful with the Scooters employees! The tasty drink and the kind people will always keep us coming back 🫶🏻🙌🏻“

“This place is my new go-to spot for coffee, pastries, and to just sit and chill. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, very relaxed. I got a 16 oz Korean coffee for $3.25- unbeatable price. Went with my partner just to grab something quick and head home and we both immediately decided we’d be going back for a date. Their pastries look gorgeous and are very reasonably priced. Employees are kind, polite, and even when busy don’t seem super stressed. I always value a place where employees seem happy to be there. We also went during a day with lots of snow and ice so I called ahead to see if they were open and they were quick to answer the phone. Busy in-store even despite the weather.“

“I wish this location is closer to me to frequent more often. I would go back solely because of Nadine. Nadine was the manager on duty today and she is AMAZING!! I was there for about an hour and listening to her lead her team in a positive way was making me smile. The staff knew some customers by name and chatted with them. They all greeted everyone when they walked in. Nadine noticed my coffee wasn't correct and came to my table to apologize and offer to fix it. I knew it didn't look right but it was delicious with whatever Ubi is so wasn't going to complain. She even reminded me that I could get a free refill since I was sitting inside. She even checked in with me before I left after a tough work meeting. Starbucks has an exceptional manager here and I hope they recognize that. Thank you Nadine!!!“
