“Everyone was so nice and the service was super quick. Maybe 5 minutes if that of waiting after ordering. Food was soooo good and the prices are great. The potatoes are crazy big so it was lunch and dinner for me! Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

“AMAZING! We stopped in for a date night on our way home to Houston. Food was SO good. My husband is a picky eater and a big burger guy. He said the bacon burger was one of his favorites. And for the price!? Incredible! I loved Riverside Grille. Elegant dining but didn’t feel like we had to dress to the nines. (You totally could though!) It wasn’t like those fancy restaurants where you feel like you have to be working in the corporate world to eat there. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. We got drinks, appetizers, main courses, and dessert. We loved it all. You have to try to chicken quesadillas. Our server, Kayden, was tentative, engaging, and kind! He held great conversation with us but wasn’t too over bearing with checking in. We HIGHLY recommend Riverside! We will definitely be coming back next time we are near Beaumont.“

I think I've ruined some people because they live out of state (some out of country) because they've yet to find anything even remotely close to the taste and quality.“

I ordered the cheese and bacon chopped steak combo meal. It comes with two sides and a roll. I also ordered a slice of the classic chocolate icebox pie. It was less than $18 and everything was absolutely delicious.

The young man who waited on me through the drive-thru was very helpful and they got my order out to me quickly“

“Came here with a date, the staff was very friendly, the place is very quaint, and the ice cream was delicious! They even have a couple of chairs and tables outside, if you prefer. (Although we decided to eat inside) They also have an old-timey jukebox inside!

“Went yesterday around 6 PM. Our server was amazing and the food was so so good. I got a steak that was Parmesan crusted with the brussels sprouts and the grilled shrimp. I highly recommend the brussels sprouts and getting your steak Parmesan crusted for the appetizer we got spicy chicken bites and the stuffed mushrooms. I love the chicken bites. They were amazing and the sauce was so good. The stuffed mushrooms were a little bit too much for me. But they were amazing regardless. Wonderful night highly recommend“

“I don’t even know where to begin me and my husband went to college Street IHOP after DoorDash and the atmosphere was just not what it was supposed to be. It stunk. They didn’t seem friendly. The lights weren’t on all the way it just didn’t seem friendly to be honest I really didn’t want IHOP after that, but my husband said let’s go to the one by Dowlen so I kept my comments to myself since he always sacrifices for me I said I would eat it this one time and am I so glad that I did not only was the food super fresh like everything was so hot even though I was freezing my plates kept me warm my waitress her name was TELLISA when I tell y’all I did not have to ask for not one thing my refills were already ready to go before I could look up extra napkins. She was so friendly. She didn’t rush me. She really made me feel like family. I have never had a waitress. give this great of an experience in Beaumont Texas. She truly is a star of customer service.
So I asked to speak to the cook because of how amazing the food was and the manager as well because I wanted to give them their kudos a lot of people complain all the time about bad service and when she told me the manager was the cook, I just knew it had to be a woman because of how great the food was it was made with love. The manager’s name was CORIONA not only did her food deserve five stars her professionalism as a manager was unexpected. My omelette was so full of steak and vegetables. I was beyond surprised. Everything was hot. The steam was coming off of our shrimp. She really outdid herself. I will only be coming to Beaumont IHOP when they are there from now on and I will never step foot back in college IHOP I wish I could give these ladies 100 stars. I wish I could personally give them a raise. I feel that the tip I gave them still did not do justice for how great they were. Their service was stupendous. Whoever owns this location. Please take out a moment to realize what great representatives you have for your company before somebody else sweeps them up.“
