CURRENT is located on the first floor of the Edison Building in downtown Beaumont. Mainly serving the workers in the building, it is a hole in the wall restaurant open to the public. As such, they are only open during lunch times on weekdays. Have ate at Current in Beaumont three times in the last few months when in town. Food and service are impeccable. I have had their Hamburger, Cajun Meatloaf, and Catfish Ponchatrain. All were great. Highly recommend. Out of the way but worth it.
