I placed an online order today from CSC as I’ve done many a time. The food was delivered to the wrong place. I called the store and was told to call Door Dash. (Side note, the lady who I talked to said she had laryngitis..(And she is at work??)) Door Dash indicated the address was wrong but it was CSC’s problem. Sent in today to eat with my group of seven family members. Ordered for 2 of us and paid. A few minutes later my daughter says their system just went down and they wouldn't be able to order. Then my food arrives. I ask why they couldn't attempt to think outside the box and make the other 5 meals. The server said she would ask the manager.
