“An excellent choice at The Silos, solid food with people who give the best service, food truck or otherwise. Trash Can is an easy choice, and Cilabtro Lime sauce makes it all taste yummy. If your not sure. Try it out. Not too heavy, and many variations. Would recommend for anyone who likes Asian flavored cuisine!“

“This is a taco truck. A good one at that. My favorite items have been the steak and fries burrito 🌯, steak tacos, tacos al pastor. The burritos are massive; well worth the price. In my opinion there are only 2 good places in the area to grab good Mexican food and this is one of them. Love the fact you can wait in your vehicle for the food and take it to go if you’re not in the mood for dine in. Little gem of a taco spot for China Spring!“
“Got a pizza yesterday at the Dollar General in Riesel. First time having Artisan Oven, pizza was amazing. Wish they offered more meat toppings but my pepperoni and sausage pizza was bomb! Will definitely keep an eye on the schedule and visit again when they’re in the area.“

“We recently went to visit Houston and made the drive up to Waco. The Boss grilled cheese was incredible…in the top 2 favorite things at Magnolia. I wouldn’t have ever thought to put basil on a grilled cheese, it was so good that I was mad I offered to share with my husband!! The service here was also top notch. I highly recommend stopping in for something yummy?“

“We stopped in to the Silos on our way back home from the beach. This lovely pizza truck made us pizza’s 10 min before closing. Its ridiculously amazing, super affordable.I had the bbq chicken, with added bacon. Its just so good, words escape my overwhelmed with flavor mouth!!“
