“Our church was having an appreciation breakfast and we wanted to make sure that it was a bit more upscale, so we ordered Panera bagels and pastries. The service over the phone was great. (Though you do have to time it correctly when ordering a large catering order over the phone to talk to the catering manager. Not a problem if you give everyone enough time - over a week's notice.)
Brittany was delightful and made sure that our order was on time and correct, which is great on an early Sunday morning order. We will keep using Panera due to the ease of ordering and their ability to serve us well for a large group of people (600 servings)!
Oh! Also, Brittany made sure to separate the options with nuts for us. Definitely not an allergy I remembered, but that was such a kind gesture.“
