Love the broc cheese soup. Asian chicken salad amazing- I’m not a fan of most dressings in general. Hard to find a salad I love.

Having been a regular at this location for several years and multiple times a week, I have been the recipient of consistent, delightful greetings “Welcome to Panera’s
Their coffee ( especially my favorite, Decaf) is delicious and they have multiple condiments to make it personally perfect.
Usually, a staff member comes by and asks if there’s anything I need or they could get for me ( kinda rare in today’s quick service culture)
The one time I came and the coffee was a little off, I told the front counter and they immediately apologized, came and got the carafe, and made a brand new pot and the same staff person brought me a new cup of the freshly brewed coffee!!
That was impressive to me.
I also like the fact that the music is not intrusive into my conversations.
That’s why I keep coming back….
They always treat me as a valued customer!!“
