This is such a hidden gem. Their food is very special and creative and the taste is suuuuper good! I ordered stuffed avocado with salmon, the drizzle is a perfect touch. The vibe feels like family and I’m touched to see Tom & Jerry playing on the TV. They just have great taste over all kinds of everything! Will definitely visit again next time in Waco. Can’t wait to try their sandwiches!
This was chance visit and I so enjoyed the flatbread. I was headed to another restaurant when I saw The Mix and decided to give it a try. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was quaint, and I loved the flatbread. I would totally go again!
The best chicken pesto sandwich that has ever graced my taste buds. I’ve been going here for a couple years and I have never ever been disappointed. It’s always on point. 10/10
