“Traveling from Mississippi to Texas BACK to Mississippi, I stopped for a quick bite to eat which I felt like I was being rushed to order & it's only my second time eating at this place because we DON'T have it back home but besides that customer service SUCKED there was no "how are you?" or "thank you!" “I always come to this location to do DoorDash aswell as my personal orders , but tonight , I was met with a much different experience. So much amazing energy , quick and speedy service , with a smile ! And a very clean restaurant where everyone was doing their part to keep it all together and pizza fresh , drinks cold and nothing under stocked . “We went thru drive-thru, about 5:50pm, told our order, was told it would be 15 mins & he asked if we wanted to wait and said we would, immediately he commented “oh you will wait”!, it may not have been 15 mins, we live about 8 mins from this location…chicken seemed to be a little more brown/darker than usual(oil getting old?), the mashed potato container had a deep indention & missing about 1 1/2” below being full, cole slaw was cold.

Revisited Chicken Express again! They had chicken if all types fried, they fried me some chicken livers, service was wonderful and polite and smiling, the chicken was hot, mash potatoes and gravy containers were full, hot and cold respectively.“
