Traveling from Mississippi to Texas BACK to Mississippi, I stopped for a quick bite to eat which I felt like I was being rushed to order & it's only my second time eating at this place because we DON'T have it back home but besides that customer service SUCKED there was no "how are you?" or "thank you!" The cashier seemed like she didn't want to be at work, just didn't have a good vibe/attitude..

Why are they always out of everything? The fries are cold, this is an interstate location, and therefore shouldn't be experiencing constant supply chain & quality issues. I stop here regularly & they are constantly out of one condiment, main ingredient or another. I don't understand what is going on here, but I will be taking my business elsewhere henceforth.
Wish I knew the guys name but he was pretty professional and nice but he was taking the orders

Jack in the Box is a favorite among many, serving standout menu items like sourdough burgers and teriyaki bowls. While food quality can vary by location, the service is consistently kind, patient, and attentive. Many customers have had wonderful experiences with friendly workers, with one standout worker noted for her bright personality and pleasant encounters. The atmosphere is pleasant, making customers feel prioritized. However, some locations may have unique challenges, such as being located in gas stations and limited hours. Parking is generally ample, and some locations offer wheelchair accessibility. While there can be minor issues, like availability of certain items, the overall experience remains positive, with good food and dedicated staff.
