“10 out of 10! Went for Valentine’s Day dinner. Got sat at a table right away, no wait. Server was very attentive and kind. Rolls came out quickly as did drinks. Salads & stuffed mushrooms came out quickly after ordering. Main courses were so good and HUGE portions! (Soda was crisp! 😂 hate a flat/ no syrup soda). Nothing bad to say at all! Loved it! Will be back for sure!”

“Met a friend I haven't seen in a while in Navasota with some of my family and we decided to check the giant teapot out. There were a couple of cute spots to take pictures on the property. We didn't eat at the Cafe but we walked the grounds and looked at the unique pottery, flowers and out door patio signs,etc. The shop had a lot of cute knickknacks. I enjoyed my visit there. If you have the time to stop by I recommend to check it out.”

“This was my first experience at Los Cabos and let me tell you I have never had such great service from any other restaurant. As I was being seated, a waitress came and took my drink order and behind her was another waitress with chips, salsa and cheese dip to set on the table!!! I ordered the spinach chicken, lunch portion, which came to me steaming hot and in no way did it look like a lunch portion. I was blown away considering the cost of food. The staff continued to check on me throughout my time there. The food was amazing and the service top notch which is so hard to find now days. I wish I lived closer to be able to enjoy this restaurant more often but I will be back and I am bringing my husband so we can try other items on the menu. Free cheese dip ya'll !?!?”

“Charged me and my daughter, a split of 2 party's, 5 in one 3 in the other an 18% fee for party's of 8, mind you 1 at 8 I see, but 2 separate at 8 each, that's a double dip/double charge, then on top of that a 3.99 % admin fee??? Food, not impressed, dry mashed potatoes, hush puppies so hard I took my steak knife and sawed them in half. Only good thing was our waitress Emily, great attitude, service and very sweet young lady. Would not recommend to anyone, better places out there with better food I'm sure and a manager that doesn't need a refresher course on their people skills...When I questioned her on the fee, her comment was oh places all over charge this for party's of 6 or more...Guess what?...I don't mind paying for GOOD food and GOOD staff and I never complain about places, this is a first for me...”

“I frequented the Iola store for work. Four stars for the food, but also 4 stars because dessert doesn’t come with the lunch plate. Call me petty. The ribs are personal top 3 and the brisket comes either lean or “marbled” (brilliant marketing). The cowboy potatoes could be a meal on its own for me, I couldn’t stop”

“Wow! We came at dinner time, so the buffet wasn’t running. We ordered from the menu—the food was excellent. I had the cashew chicken. It was easily the best cashew chicken I’ve had in years. Don’t let the looks of the building deceive you, the food is delicious.”

“I was in a hurry and did not feel like getting out of the car so I stopped at Sonic. It was very easy to order on the drive up menu. The food came out hot and very quickly. The carhop who brought the food out was very nice and everything was correct. I had ordered a hot dog with chili on it with french fries and a drink. The food was good. It is a good place to eat if you're in a hurry.”

“Did a take out order for several. The staff was friendly and service was prompt even with several orders placed close together. Dining Room and restrooms were clean and well kept. Food was good. Nice DQ that clearly is a popular spot in town on a Sat afternoon.”

“Every time I come to this location it smells great, I don’t eat out very often because of the high prices of food now a days but when I do I always go to subway, yall would’ve gotten 5 stars but I arrived at your location on June 23th to get the delicious subway club and was told there wasn’t any roast beef!! I was very disappointed and surprised because I have never had that issue, the employees were very respectful and apologized for the inconvenience so I decided to try something else and it wasn’t bad but prefer my subway club.”

The only compliant I have was I wanted a plain burger and got all the toppings instead but from the good experience I wasn’t too offended.”

Christian truly sets the gold standard for what great customer service should be, and he deserves all the praise for his hard work and attention to detail.
I can't stress enough how much I appreciate Christian's effort. It's the small things that make a big difference, and he absolutely nailed it. The accuracy of my order, combined with the speed of service, made my day. It's clear that Christian takes immense pride in his work, and it really shows in the quality of the food and the overall experience.
