“I first tried this place over 7 years ago when I was pregnant with my son, and immediately fell in love. Unfortunately, I moved out of the area and over time forgot all about it. Recently stumbled across this again, I’ve heard it’s all new ownership but you’d truthfully never know. Thank you for keeping prices affordable, food tasting like it’s made with the same amount of love, and still having the best beef and green beans around. “The food was amazing, they accommodated all of my dietary limitations. We were very pleased with our service, even though our server was training we didn't feel like that caused any issues. My only issue was that it was super loud and I think probably because it's a smaller restaurant, it would be difficult for the noise level to be controlled. We will definitely visit again.“

“Sweetest owners and the best eggrolls! I usually go to another place on Belknap for eggrolls before I knew Viet Tofu was there. My usual place is closed on Wednesdays, and my son asked for some for a school theatre potluck. I went on Tuesday to make sure I could order ahead for pickup the next day, and bought a few from the ready to eat case to try. They are soooo good. My order was ready on time (I ended up buying more from the ready to eat case again) and my daughter got a few little sweet things that were delicious as well. The eggrolls are a hit with my son's theatre class and I can't wait to try more of what Viet Tofu has to offer.“

“I have only used this restaurant for take out, but going into it there appear to be mostly empty tables and few if any people eating there. It appears clean, but pretty plain Jane. The food is incredible and there is no msg added. The food is fresh and always prompt and hot. The menu is an extremely varied Asian dishes. It is a top choice in my book.“

“I've come here every once and a while off and on for about a decade, the service is always amazing and the food is always great, I was torn about leaving a review that was in poorer taste because this is a really amazing place to eat. I've noticed lately though the portion sizes are diminishing, I ordered the OMG appetizer with jalapeno, cream cheese, crab, ect, (half of the portion I got was already gone by the time I took the photo) and it's delicious! Definitely worth getting, but I was just a little disappointed that all the sticks are about the size of my pinky finger, definitely a one bite and done kind of deal. And in the Philadelphia roll I ordered, there was genuinely barely any smoked salmon except for 1 piece and I took the photo after eating a piece and realizing, though what was there was absolutely delicious! I just wished there was a little bit more for an even amount between the other ingredients in the roll. The last thing I'll add, and I hate to admit it, is I was relieved that I ordered for pickup because when I walked in to grab my food I was immediately hit with a strange sort of sewage smell as soon as I entered the doors, I'm not sure if they were just having some plumbing issues or what, but a friend of mine mentioned when I told them I was ordering that they smelled the sewage smell last time they were in the restaurant too. But the servers behind the counter were very very sweet when I picked up my order, they always are, nothing was missing from my order and everything tasted so fresh and so yummy! I'll definitely keep coming back!“
