“I'm hoping management can reach out to me. Im here every single day. Whomever the lady is working this morning Jan 13th I need to follow up with regarding issues.

Im late, order ahead everyday, train made everyone late. Then I get here. The smoothie is not correct (I order the same one everyday for months) and she tried to validate how she did do it correct. It was wrong color and taste completely. But the biggest issue, I was at the front yelling for someone to come up while im late and I can hear her in the back on her phone what sounded like behind a closed door having a full conversation. So shes so focused on her phone, I cant get my order fixed to get to work and now I'm affected further because I couldnt get her to come up. Then to give me excuses instead of owning up to she messed up.

But it may not have been messed up if she'd be more focused on her job rather than her phone.

Im here everyday and ive never had this issue and hope to follow up with someone.

I refuse to leave lower review because im always getting great service at this location, but this morning was unacceptable. And I have a photo I wont post here to confirm the correct person is followed up with.“

I ordered the Peanut Power Plus Chocolate, and wow, it was pure indulgence in a cup! The smoothie had an incredibly rich, velvety texture, with the deep cocoa flavor perfectly complementing the creamy peanut butter. The subtle sweetness was balanced beautifully, without being overwhelming, and the blend was so smooth that every sip was a delight. “Great, Fresh Smoothies! Friendly owners. We tried the Mango with 50% sweetness and Pineapple with regular sweetness. They both were so good! I may go up to 75% on the Mango next time. So many flavors to choose from and a good price. Ranges from $5.50-$7.00 without additions. Great option for fresh fruit smoothies. Can't wait to try more flavors. Avocado may be my next one! Give them a try.“

“Tropical Smoothie made a great first impression with a warm greeting and friendly smiles.
We’re açaí bowl fans, and they did not disappoint. I had the Nutella bowl with extra chia seeds, and my wife went with the Mango bowl with Nutella. Both were perfectly sized and as good as we’ve had anywhere.
Plenty of parking, spacious inside with a few outdoor tables, and the store was spotless—from the front windows to the bathrooms (which were also very clean). Well lit and staffed for quick service.
Five stars all the way around. Big shoutout to Dionna for helping us with our orders!“

“Found this place after going for a run at the Trinity trails and I am so glad I did! It’s got so many options and they’re all so healthy so you can pick anything knowing it’s going to taste great and BE great for your body. Along with their menu items they have coolers with alot of vegan made items like their own ranch, pasta salad, chikn salad, hummus, trail mix pieces, bottled and canned drinks and alot more. The staff was friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the magazine and smoothie while sitting outside at one of their tables. It’s now a part of my post workout routine! It’s right off of 7th so be aware that you have to either pay for close parking or park on the street for cheaper and walk to it. It’s a quick walk and totally worth it.“

“Absolutely delicious! We ordered the bubble waffle with puff cream and it was fresh, warm, and perfectly crispy on the outside with soft, airy goodness inside. The puff cream was light and not overly sweet—such a great balance.

We also tried the strawberry matcha and a lemon slushy, and both were super refreshing. The strawberry matcha had a nice blend of earthy matcha and fruity sweetness, while the lemon slushy was bright, tangy, and perfect for cooling off.

“The employees are all so sweet there and very helpful. I get a smoothie at least 3 to 4 times a week. It is very convenient with a drive thru or a walk up window and is so close to my house! “My wife and I were starving and our dinner wait time was 45 minutes from the time we entered Pressed Juicery. We ordered an Açaí Bowel, and as soon as the manager prepped it for us, we were told our dinner reservation was ready. The manager knew we ordered the Açaí Bowel to hold us over until dinner, and then offered to deliver our bowel to the restaurant when he closed the Pressed. This extreme act of kindness stuck with us the rest of our trip. The manager walked over with the delicious Açaí bowel just in time to eat it for desert. “I've been by XO Press twice now, and enjoyed both times. The space is bright, clean, quiet and airy, with ample space to set up a laptop. Both times, I asked the barista for a recommendation, and they recommended drinks I would never have selected - a watermelon matcha and a blueberry latte. Both times, I was impressed! They have some sweet snacks available for purchase, as well as some XO merch (books, shirts, etc).

I was also very happy that they partnered with Rescue Her, a local anti-trafficking organization, to promote them for North Texas Giving Day. It's fantastic to see one nonprofit (XO) supporting another in this way!

They are just inside the XO Marriage building a bit down from the Westin. Step inside the building and they are an immediate right, you can't miss it. Dedicated cafe parking is near the door if the lot happens to be full, but I had no trouble parking. Will be back!“
