“Met up with girlfriends for lunch. Parking is a little odd but once you figure it out it will be fine for the next time. There was only one bartender working so we had to order everything from the bar which was fine. I got the club sandwich and it was amazing as was the Antebellum blackberry mojito. Would like to come back when it’s warm for outside dining.Parking: Parking lot is a building or two away, so was initially confusing to find“
“This is a neat little museum. Some interesting automobiles tied to history and a few interesting autos tied to local history such as an antique Weatherford Fire Truck that has been restored or maintained in excellent condition. If you are a car guy or gal and or love history stop by. The place is immaculate and the cars are beautiful. It reminds us how car builds from back then seem more artful today. BTW, it’s free. They do have a donation box at the front if you want to contribute to sustaining the facility.“
“If you had not tried RULE THE ROOST yet let me tell you, you’re definitely missing out. The atmosphere is wonderful. The customer service is superb! The food is out of this world. Way better than Chick-fil-A ever could dream of being. When you first walk in you see there logo and big red neon lights! A very sleek and clean Restaurant. The chicken strips I could only eat two. They were so huge, juicy and tasty. Let me tell you. I literally feel as I have been kissed by angel because the sweet tea was perfect.“
“As a child, I remember that my parents would stop here every time that we drove to Weatherford. I looked forward to stopping and getting a chocolate shake. It's been many, many decades since I was that child; however, this time, I was a grown man who was hankering for a good shake with an equal hunger for nostalgia.Parking: It's a former carhop restaurant, the tyqpe of place where a carhop (server) both takes your order and delivers your order while wearing a pair of skates. Today, the carhops are gone, but the carport/awning remains the only place to park. Now, to order, you must exit the vehicle and place your order at the walk-up window, return to your vehicle and wait for someone (not on skates) to deliver your order..“
“When you're in downtown Weatherford looking a place for a night out with friends and a few drinks...think of Northside. They have a great staff, creative drink menu, and typically live music (the handful of times that I have been there). They have a food menu with a creative take on your typical bar foods, don't expect a full blown meal (not that that is a bad thing but I don't expected a full food menu). The bites were decent and very enjoyable but we needed to go elsewhere to get a meal.“
“I've driven by this place many times and always told myself, self, you need to check this place out. And I'm so glad I did. Date night with my wife was awesome here. She's a burger snob and she loved the burger. I had the turkey club and it was amazing. We sat outside and enjoyed the lake view with our meal. The staff is very kind.“

“Everything about this place is interesting.It's bright next to the airport.I don't even know how to describe the location.I arrived at 11:00, when they opened, and all their customers were businessmen who i'm guessing we're "in the know" for great barbecue joints in Austin.I got what I always get. The brisket, rib, sausage plate. If i'm gonna check out the barbecue joint i'm gonna check it out.All the food, everything I ate, was great. 2 slices, 2 ribs, 1 link, fresh corn off the cob, potato salad. A little overcooked and pricey.The meat fell off the bone, I mean fell off (over cooked).The plate and can of Coke was $26.“
“I absolutely love their food and the prices! It's fast and convenient! The only place to eat on that side of Weatherford! It's right next to the Passion Flowers florist in a red food truck. You can't miss it! It's always packed at lunch time!“
