“went and the two girls there were working so hard. they expressed how they were sorry our order took so long as they were the only ones working. during happy hour??? that’s insane!! do better manager!!! i went at 2:02 and the drive thru line was already around the building with the stalls full. no wonder the reviews are so bad here, i’m sure all of the workers are as nice as K & the other girl was (didn’t catch her name) but with these conditions how could any worker give excellent service to every single customer? they made my strawberry limeade the best i’ve ever had it, as a matter of fact. whoever makes the schedule at this location if you’re reading this, give those girls a gift card to get their nails done or something for this situation you put them in. and corporate if you’re reading this, maybe look at this location’s owner and what they have going on. i wish i could have gone back there and helped them make orders myself.“
