“Honestly, we loved eating at Joe's until last month. We ate there very frequently but all the sudden one of the waiters decided to start making a big deal over my 76 year old mother ordering off the kids menu since they don't have a senior menu, and for my 2 kids ordering off the kids menu. They're 12 & 13. The age was no where on their menus or website. After they started to make a problem out of it we pointed out that nowhere was an age listed on anything so they wrote it on marker on their menus. Strange hill to choose to battle on, that you'd rather give up customers that ate there 1-2 times a week over the ages on kids meals. It's kind of ridiculous. Ive never seen a restaurant care. Either way, that was it for us. The kids were really upset. They loved going there.“

“My wife and I both had dinner here Saturday. This was the second time we had been there. We both very much enjoyed our meals there. My wife and the chicken cacciatore and I had the pasta trio. The chicken was fresh and cooked perfectly. My pasta was al dente with great tasty marinara sauce and masorella cheese. We both enjoyed meeting Cynthia as she accommodated me walking into the restaurant. The prices were very reasonable also and the service was great. “We stopped in with our family and had a WONDERFUL meal! Everything, including the sauce, was clearly homemade and delicious! The servings were very hearty, too! We had savory dinner salad (their house dressing is amazing and homemade!), pizza, manicotti, and Tuscany chicken. Our server told us that they have several pizza ovens, which explains why the pizza crust was perfect! We appreciate the delicious entrees and excellent on-point service!“

Our waiters name was Kyle, he was very attentive and personable, he anticipated our needs before we knew what we needed. I ate the Chicken Alfredo with broccoli, cooked to perfection. “We tried this place for the 1st time tonight in Addison, TX. We received phenomenal service from our server Cassie. She had expert menu knowledge and assisted us on choosing our dishes. The other staff that delivered the entrees also provided great customer service by providing information about the entree as they were delivering it. Everyone was helpful, polite, and super friendly. “We have been dining at this wonderful family-owned business for for 12 years now. As we have moved farther and farther away, we still make our way over there periodically because their margherita pizza is our all-time favorite. Tonight we went back for first time in over a year and the owner pulled me aside and asked if she could speak to me. She said the last time we were in there (again, over a year ago) they had accidentally mixed up our check with another table and over-charged us by $12.62. She even showed me the checks that she had saved, knowing we would be back. She credited our meal back what we had over-paid a year ago. Y’all! This does not happen! We will always be loyal customers, even though we currently have to drive an hour to get there. Oh! And you can’t go wrong with the margherita pizza (or the spinach ravioli)!“

“The pasta here is good I'm not an expert on authentic italian, but for me the pizza is great!!! I'm a Dave Portnoy, Sally Slices type of pizza lover! They have that new york style thin crust big slice pizza always served hot and fresh, stuffed pizza thats loaded and one slice is a full meal!!!! Lunch special is cheapest around 2 slices and drink I think for like 10 bucks. Always clean tables, great service, Customer experience is always 5 stars! Pizza is always 5 stars!“

“My family and I ate here for a special graduation event and I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant! Family friendly, great food, and soooo personable! They don’t make you feel like a herd of cattle getting you in and out fast. They truly really care about your experience while you are eating. Very attentive to fill your drink cups, and replenish rolls. We never go out to eat and live down in Alvarado and my husband said he would definately drive up to eat there again. And he is half Italian that comes from a family that is pretty picky when it comes to Italian food. Great experience and I highly recommend it! 5 stars!“

Get the 5 cheese marinara with rigatoni and add crispy chicken and meatballs/sausage or if you have the money and elite taste all 3.
