He took care of us too. The food was excellent, portions large , and service great. Would recommend for any family dining experience or couples who want to try. The prices were reasonable too. “My wife and I both had dinner here Saturday. This was the second time we had been there. We both very much enjoyed our meals there. My wife and the chicken cacciatore and I had the pasta trio. The chicken was fresh and cooked perfectly. My pasta was al dente with great tasty marinara sauce and masorella cheese. We both enjoyed meeting Cynthia as she accommodated me walking into the restaurant. The prices were very reasonable also and the service was great. “Honestly, we loved eating at Joe's until last month. We ate there very frequently but all the sudden one of the waiters decided to start making a big deal over my 76 year old mother ordering off the kids menu since they don't have a senior menu, and for my 2 kids ordering off the kids menu. They're 12 & 13. The age was no where on their menus or website. After they started to make a problem out of it we pointed out that nowhere was an age listed on anything so they wrote it on marker on their menus. Strange hill to choose to battle on, that you'd rather give up customers that ate there 1-2 times a week over the ages on kids meals. It's kind of ridiculous. Ive never seen a restaurant care. Either way, that was it for us. The kids were really upset. They loved going there.“

I've also gone there for pickup as its closer and more authentic than say Olive Garden. Recommend for both dining options. It is BYOB so bring a bottle or two of your favorite.“

“We tried this place for the 1st time tonight in Addison, TX. We received phenomenal service from our server Cassie. She had expert menu knowledge and assisted us on choosing our dishes. The other staff that delivered the entrees also provided great customer service by providing information about the entree as they were delivering it. Everyone was helpful, polite, and super friendly. “The pasta here is good I'm not an expert on authentic italian, but for me the pizza is great!!! I'm a Dave Portnoy, Sally Slices type of pizza lover! They have that new york style thin crust big slice pizza always served hot and fresh, stuffed pizza thats loaded and one slice is a full meal!!!! Lunch special is cheapest around 2 slices and drink I think for like 10 bucks. Always clean tables, great service, Customer experience is always 5 stars! Pizza is always 5 stars!“

“My family and I ate here for a special graduation event and I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant! Family friendly, great food, and soooo personable! They don’t make you feel like a herd of cattle getting you in and out fast. They truly really care about your experience while you are eating. Very attentive to fill your drink cups, and replenish rolls. We never go out to eat and live down in Alvarado and my husband said he would definately drive up to eat there again. And he is half Italian that comes from a family that is pretty picky when it comes to Italian food. Great experience and I highly recommend it! 5 stars!“

“We have been dining at this wonderful family-owned business for for 12 years now. As we have moved farther and farther away, we still make our way over there periodically because their margherita pizza is our all-time favorite. Tonight we went back for first time in over a year and the owner pulled me aside and asked if she could speak to me. She said the last time we were in there (again, over a year ago) they had accidentally mixed up our check with another table and over-charged us by $12.62. She even showed me the checks that she had saved, knowing we would be back. She credited our meal back what we had over-paid a year ago. Y’all! This does not happen! We will always be loyal customers, even though we currently have to drive an hour to get there. Oh! And you can’t go wrong with the margherita pizza (or the spinach ravioli)!“
