“I purchased my first 10 pound bag of ground meat about 5 months ago. Since then I have bought another 20 pounds. It is excellent. It is very rich and flavorful. I no longer buy my meat from any place else. I have also purchased different steaks. I had guests for dinner about a month ago. We decided to do a taste test. We made 2 different burgers for each guest. The Brahman burgers won hands down. The other burgers after they were tasted , were not eaten. They were ground chuck, but soft and bland. We are very lucky to have this meat here in Wharton.“
