“A little late on my review but I still had to make one so here it is. Me and my daughter visited September 19th around 8-8:30 there were two young girls working that night if your able to go back and see on the schedule but from the minute we walked in the one young jumped into action and was so welcoming! I had a question before I started ordering about a deal that was going on she responded very professionally and sweet! She even acknowledged my daughter and was talking to her about the toy she had and laughing! I know this may just sound like basic consumer service or atleast it should be but so many people especially the young kids these days act like they hate their job and people and always have attitudes and I just want her to know she made a difference in my visit and THATS how you do costumer service. She had a smile the whole time like she actually enjoyed what she was doing I loved it ❤️ she was a blonde girl if that helps! Thank you for the amazing service and sandwich and don’t ever lose that sweet positive attitude ❤️“

“I have never in my life had a bad experience at McAlister’s, I typically eat here at least once a week! Don’t even get me started on the sweet tea( literally the best drink known to man) you won’t catch me with out a tea pass! And starting this year I will always have a tea on me!!“

“I came on 11/8/24 around 6:00pm and it was a line of 4 people in front of me. There were 2 younger guys working (1 seemed new) and the line behind me was starting to grow.

I appreciate the 1 worker stopping to ask while continuing to make sandwiches how everyone's day is going; and he paused at a different point to apologize about the wait. I also noticed that although swamped, they didn't rush the customer in front and that they continued to take the glove off when dealing with money then getting new glove to continue making sandwiches. I didn't leave until 6:30.

I commend how they handled the rush and I made sure to tell them before leaving i appreciated the professionalism (and also left a $5 tip).“

“Everything that you want from a sandwich place. The extra bucks is worth every penny. There are just some places where you can get a smaller portion and it will be better for you and more filling, than eating more food at another place. Beats out subway, for sure. “Thank you for bringing over the young lady from your college location. I heard her telling a vustomer she was filling in. I come in this location alot but NEVER got this type of service. So speechless from her customer service i didnt catch her name. But let me tell you how amazing this young lady is. When i came in it was as if i witnessed a spiritual moment. Its been so long since ive experience customer service on this level. Every customer being greeted , acknowledged helped efficiently, such a friendly spirit. I told my husband i felt like i was standing in front of a earth angel. You can tell she's Gods child. You all have a special young lady on your team. I felt so renewed after visiting this location. Put everything into perspective for me to see someone working a fast food job so humble most people act like they hate there job. Store was also very clean. Impressed and definitely will be visting her at the college location soon“

Parking: Parking lot out front of the building is laid out funky because of the location but there is more parking behind the building“

“Clean restaurant semi except the lil guy laying on his back under table. 😆 food look fresh today otherwise only problem i had is that i wish they required a hair net not just the caps for cleaness also wondering why u have to ask the front to unlock the bathrooms to use one? Is there a homeless problem in the area for this reason? Im not local so no idea if gave 4 on the food because my wrap was a lil sloppy made“
