But your worker Eli, so nice, friendly, happy to be doing his job it's hotter than Hades outside and he is just happily walking along and cheering people up and doing his job I think he deserves a raise and y'all need more employees like him. “We really love Andy’s. We like the fact they launched an app to track rewards. We can also upload cash to the app and pay with the app. This comes in handy if we have been walking the trails and want a quick treat and we don’t have our wallets. However, not all employees are trained on how to take payment from the app. On numerous occasions we have been told “I don’t know how to do that”. Tonight we were actually told “you can’t use the app to pay”. When I questioned further she said “I don’t know how to do it, so you can’t use it”. Why couldn’t she go ask someone how to do it?“

“I had the double burger. It was stacked so thick that I could barely fit it in my mouth. It was delicious and filling. My opinion is that this is a better burger than most other chain restaurants. Also the fries were just about perfect. I didn't get a chance to try the shakes, but that is on my list to try on my next visit. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.“
