They were also on-time and professional and just overall amazing. They were also great at meeting some special dietary needs for us! 10/10 recommend them for your wedding or large event!“

She was aggressive to the staff and extremely rude and unprofessional to myself. Beautiful venue but such a shame the owner is so foul and mean-spirited. DO NOT BOOK since you'll have to deal with these people. Unprofessional, unkind, and unhappy people.“

“10 ⭐️ Stars across the Board! I had the Fried Porkchop, & Fried Chicken Plate with Candied Yams, Mac N’ Cheese, Cornbread, & Cabbage. Everything was Hot, Fresh, and ready to devour. One of the best Porkchops and Chicken that I’ve ever had. I’m a Chef myself, and very picky, but I knew from all of the great things that I’ve heard about Culinary Soul Cafe that they wouldn’t disappoint, and they didn’t. This is what REAL Soulfood is supposed to taste like 🔥🔥🔥🔥. Everything had Flavor throughout, & was Seasoned to the bone. The only real Soulfood spot in Conroe, Tx. “Most personable and accommodating caterer ever! 15/10 recommend Chef Alex Mireles and the entire Sierra Catering team! We had a 215 person wedding at Boxwood Manor late May 2025 and Sierra Catering was able to get everyone through the buffet line in under 18 minutes! AND the food was fabulous! The service was next level! Alex was there at our wedding the entire evening ensuring everything went smoothly from cocktail hour to dinner to cake cutting and even packaging take out meals & cake for the bride and groom to enjoy late night! I cannot express how great of an experience we had working with Sierra Catering beginning at our in person tasting at their office in Conroe to the final tasting a month before the wedding and Alex helped us pinpoint an amazing menu with sizable portions and almost every plate licked clean!! Highly recommend their NY carving station, Sierra madre stuffed chicken, mashed potatoes, capellini Alfredo pasta and all the items in between. Ok G2G I’m drooling writing this! lol THANK YOU! “We had Uncle Bob’s Barbecue cater our daughter’s wedding at The Weinberg in Bryan Texas and the food and service was amazing! Uncle Bob’s barbecue offers different types of food for weddings but we chose the brisket, chicken, sausage with the mashed potatoes , green beans and macaroni for the kids. Everyone called it fancy barbecue for a wedding. People are still talking about how great the food was. My daughter and son-law didn’t get a chance to eat and they packed them food to go. My daughter said the food was still good even after reheating it. And she’s not one to eat leftovers.
Before I found out about Uncle Bob’s, one month before the wedding, I received 4 quotes and every quote had hidden fees and ridiculous charges. When I received the quote from Uncle Bob’s it was a relief to see a quote that explained every charge in detail. Terri was always available to answer all our questions in a timely manner. And the team was outstanding at the wedding! I wish I would have known about Uncle Bob’s from the beginning because it would have saved me a lot of stress. Thank you for making our night special!“

“Food was delicious! We had the brisket (honey and dry rub) , the jalapeño sausage, potato salad and Mac n cheese!! It was so good!!! Best michelada I’ve had in Texas and California! Prices are reasonable. The restrooms were clean, the tables and whole place was spotless!!! Definitely going back to try the ribs and chicken!“
