Subway in Willis

“The food is fresh and made very well, when I get hungry during my night trip I stop here and get a sub. I tried the Wendy’s next to it once when their toasters were down and their food was stale and nasty so if Subway is toaster is down I would just find something else or get something from the truck stop.“

“I came in late probably ten minutes before close and was greeted with a happy smile and a, how was your day. Not only was the sandwich artist amazing at her job. But when I walked in, she was consoling a neighboring employee from another restaurant while cleaning her own store. Best atmosphere. I've been to at a fast food joint in a long time. Keep it up and I will be back“

“This Subway is close to my job, so I’ll occasionally place an online order for a sandwich and chips to pick up around noon. The process is always quick and easy — I swing by, grab my food, and head back to work. They’ve never once gotten my order wrong.

The restaurant is clean and tidy, the food is always fresh, and the staff is consistently friendly. I’ve never had a single issue here.

The only downside is the parking lot — it can be a bit tight and tricky to get in and out of during busy hours. But that’s hardly a deal breaker.

Honestly, this location does a great job. A lot of the complaints I see here are just petty nonsense. If you’re that picky, maybe move back to California, Houston, or wherever else you came from.“
