The staff at this location are extremely unhelpful. Everytime I have visited this location my order is incorrect. I placed an online order and when my husband went to pick it they handed him a bag with 2 of the 3 footloose that we had ordered when he questioned them about it they said oh sorry we were out of meatballs for your sub they were just going to let him leave without all of the order. Location needs to ensure correct orders are being put out for delivery orders. Also when a customer calls in to say they received the wrong order, take care of them don't act like it isnt your problem. Not only are they out the delivery fee, tip and other ordering fees but also the cost of the food actually ordered.
Customer should not have to wait an hour arguing whith your employees making excuses as, this isnt the right location or you provided the wrong delivery address....read full review
