I ordered a Cantina burrito combo meal and two things from the Luxe value menu. When I pay, im handed a bag with one burrito in it. I inform them of this, and then spend 8 minutes waiting at the window, periodically looking into the window to see what was going on. The machines were literally smoking lol. I received no hot sauce as I asked for, and didnt receive the chips and queso that came with it. Was not a great experience, but i did at least leave with the correct main food...read full review
