We had the most fantastic customer service and perfectly made sandwiches for our family of three, it was like a work of art and looked like the actual sandwich from the commercials! Normally would not post a review for a place like Subway but honestly this guy made me want to go out of my way to show some gratitude for his great attitude and service. “I generally have a good experience at this Dairy Queen. The ice cream is good, and while the prices are a little unreasonable, that’s pretty standard for all Dairy Queen locations, not just this one. One bummer is that the hours posted seem to be incorrect.

I tried swinging by around 11:47 on a Saturday. Yes I know that’s close to closing time… But I was craving ice cream. Lol and that’s why stores have posted hours…

This Taco Casa is connected to a gas station-store directly. The food, after we got it, and our sweet teas, were AMAZING. The service was excellent, and the food and sweet tea... I've only had it that good at one other Taco Casa over by where I live!
Now the reason for the 4/5, the atmosphere: It was kept mostly upbeat by the staff, doing their best to serve us with smiles on their faces! But I guess this side of the Metroplex, many of the... what I can only ASSUME... other customers just kept looking downtrodden or unhappy for any reason. I would guess my coworker were the only ones with smiles on our faces as we got our order and left!

Staff, yall are doing an amazing job, and NONE of the loss of a star is yall's fault AT ALL. No, that was the OTHER customers making it feel depressing, despite us others trying to keep going despite our jobs being a drag! Yalls food always brings pleasure and gives us full stomachs that last the rest of the day! Keep up the good work!

Depressing customers, if you're reading this, try and enjoy the food when you can, you came here for the FILLING and TASTY food that doesn't give you the Taco Bell Emergency Runs, and it's also fair priced. Try not to bring us down, and try to find joy in the food you ordered and the upbeat attitudes of the staff! They, and the rest of us customers, have to deal with your depressing attitudes enough already. Don't ruin a good thing for the rest of us!“

“Every time I come to this Golden Chick, the experience is top notch! The food is always hot, fresh, and made just right—crispy chicken, perfectly seasoned fries, and the rolls? So good. What really stands out, though, is the customer service. Carlos, the GM, is clearly doing an amazing job running this place. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and his team. Several cars, late night but was one of the fastest lines to be served. Food came out actually better than other TB & Fabian, a regular employee( I asked if he was management but already "knew" because of his uniform since I had a familiaraty from my decades of jobs in FF( after I left Retail giants like Foleysor Macey's...Before owning my own businesses, one that I kick myself to this day for shutting down only because it had great potential of being successful.)-- Sorry, I went off topic( i need to hit a certain amount of characters to advance as a true guide, lol) I worked for YUM, corporation that owns & franchised out Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC & Wingstop & A&W Rootbeer fast foods( if any still exist in Texas because they we're more popular in Houston & S Texas...Now Yum has now gone internationa to Australia & beyond! I also had worked my way up to store Management at Taco Bell/ KFC combo and dedicated a decade to Pizza Hut, starting as a driver to store upper management & finally District management before joining Corparate YUM! I even looked into getting a franchise but couldn't afford it 😞... Back to the Taco Bell review on Elam in Balch Springs. I've noticed they don't close early, the store is clean and food I received was fresh. If every employee shows the amount of customer service as the previously mentioned, then this store will earn a 5 star rating across!“

The last time I visited, my experience was not great, and I shared my honest review. I received a follow-up email offering a complimentary meal to make up for it, which I truly appreciated.

When I went back today, Sam, the manager, kindly comped my meal and made sure everything was fresh and right. I ordered a #11 chicken meal with a shake, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Trinity was my server, and she was very pleasant and provided excellent customer service with a great attitude.

I’m happy to say this visit turned things around, and I’ll definitely be back.
