Wimberley, Texas, is full of restaurants and drinking spots, and I've tried most of them. Nowhere have I felt so consistently welcome and have I had so much laughter and joy as at Casa V. The wine is great, too!
It was a world-class experience. The French wine is a neat treat.
We were so well taken care of by the lovely woman staffing the counter. We did the tasting and had some excellent wines (two of which we ended up bringing home). Lovely shop with a great vibe and knowledgeable, super friendly staff.

The restaurant boasts a lovely, clean setting with a great outdoor view, where diners can even spot a family of deer. The reasonably priced tasting menu features wines from various wineries, curated by the sommelier owner. Customers praise the educational and enjoyable wine tasting experience.
