“As someone who has worked at a subway before When making pizza please put toppings then put a handfull of mozzarella cheese on top of that. It's not "extra cheese" it is legit the recipe and every were else but here follows it. Plus it keeps the pizza from burning as well as keeps the toppings from flying off into the toaster.“
