I recently visited Pollo Regio, and it was hands down one of the best chicken meals I’ve ever had. The chicken was perfectly cooked crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and really care about quality.

The seasoning was spot on, with just the right balance of spice and flavor. I tried the half chicken meal, and it was incredible. The sides were just as good especially the charro beans

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick even during the busy hours. The restaurant had a cozy, casual vibe that made it perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family.

If you love chicken, this place is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!“

“Consistently hits the spot for a quick takeout option. The honey garlic wings are always the go to order for the wife and I, and one order is perfect for a quick meal to take back home.

They’ve always came out very consistent taste wise, and never had an issue with ordering or delays so far. Perfect option to bring back home and pair with some rice, veggies, and maybe even a beer.

Their service is very professional and they’re always so kind to me and conversate when time allows. We all know the score, everything is expensive and most normal folks have less spending power these days. It affects everything, not just fast food. But that doesn't change the fact that NO chicken joint is so good that the higher prices are 100% worth it. So if my docking the star on a Google review somehow qualifies as an act of rebellion (which is not really my intention), so be it.“

“I tried them last night for the first time ever and I was hooked lol. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. I got the Olivia’s old south on croissant, broccoli salad, Lemon basil (could’ve had a teensy bit more flavor but still good) and kickin’ Kay Lynne scoops, flower cookie and strawberry lemonade. “My husband and I love Church’s chickens so we eat it often when traveling. This is BY FAR the BEST ONE we’ve ever been to! The food came out fast so I assumed it was old. Nope. It was hot, fresh, literally STEAMING!!! The biscuit was super big and really soft. As we were leaving Steve asked how it was. I couldn’t help but rave that it was amazing. I’ll continue driving out here to eat, even though it’s 30 mins from my house.

“I typically come here during lunch hours while we're on the project up here, working on the road. And I've never had a bad experience with this particular CFA! Sure, there's a momentary wait time, but that's warned about after I order on the app, and it's one of THE busiest businesses in the entire area come lunch time! Being in one of the literal biggest non-CDL trucks, it's a little difficult to find a parking spot, but it's typically worth it when I walk in, wait 2-5 minutes for my meal to be handed to me, and take it back to the truck. My orders usually get delivered as I request them, and if there's an issue, it's a non-issue, and just the usual tasty item. I get what I order.
I usually grab the Grilled Chicken Club meal, and I'll add something extra, since my job is typically on-the-go, and I've yet to be disappointed, like I would from some other places. This CFA allows me to be able to survive the rest of the day on what I get from them.
Given the next few months, I'm pretty sure some of the employees may even get to know me by name and sight before we're done!
Thanks for all the good food and hard work yall do out there, CFA employees! I know some of my peers can be... less than appreciative or kind, but yall muscle through it all to deliver the quality of customer service and food I've come to love for the longest time.“

I always see her working at the breakfast drive thru, she is a hard worker that’s polite friendly and positive who goes the extra mile to make my morning better, something I’ve never seen at than any other chikfila. “This new store is nice and the food was standard Chick-fil-A. The parking lot isn't the best layout. When we got home with our food we realized that dot not receive any napkins and I had no sauce, and when I thought back I remembered that I had not been asked if I wanted any. There is an area that looks like it's for a condiments and such but it was empty. Also the employees that greeted us and took our order seemed as though they were just speaking from a script, almost like the little robot that was rolling around.“

“When this location was first opened, they could not do anything correctly. But since January 2023 they are great! I always order on the app and pick up inside. They have gotten my order correct every time. It's not always ready when I go in to pick it up, but that's okay. As soon as I tell them the order I am picking up, they fix it right away with nice hot food! This place is way too close to my house. As a result, I go there way too much!😋“
