Today was the FIRST time I have actually had a good experience at this location. I’ve been to this location a handful of times and every single time was a disaster, but today was different! Other than the drive thru line being a little backed up, I got my food right when I pulled up, my order was correct, and they didn’t skimp out on the serving size. Everything was great. I’m hoping for more experiences like the one I had today going forward. 👍🏼
I ordered a very specific burrito for my dairy allergic child. She was delayed in eating and just now got to eating. the burrito had cheese and sour cream on it! that would have made her very ill and could have killed her!!! there is no way to talk to a live person on the phone. all I received from online chat was a coupon. why would I want to eat at a place that has no concern about how orders are made?
