While the food is usually hot & good. This location has horrible customer service. The manager has an attitude & poor customer care. Every time she is there, I just drive down further to the one in Sachse. Highly disappointed.
Service was not as good as other locations, but still good. Just not great.
1st time visiting, everything was really tasty! We ordered 6pc tenders meal (w/2 sides) to split and they divided them up for us on 2 trays and gave us an extra roll, no charge. Super nice ladies with great smiles working on June 20.
I'd suggest adding unsweetened tea to the options- I drink mine half sweet/half unsweet. Unfortunately we don't live local so it was a one and done visit but next time in Texas we will definitely stop by!
