Been going there for years I always get Great service and the people are friendly
While the food is usually hot & good. This location has horrible customer service. The manager has an attitude & poor customer care. Every time she is there, I just drive down further to the one in Sachse. Highly disappointed.
Service was not as good as other locations, but still good. Just not great.

Golden Chick is a popular restaurant that serves delicious chicken dishes, including crispy fried chicken and rotisserie chicken. The menu offers a variety of options, such as chicken strips that kids love, as well as a 2-piece catfish with 'dirty rice' and a soda, which is a popular choice for take-out. The sides, such as mashed potatoes and gravy, are also a hit with customers. The staff provides friendly and attentive service, making it a pleasant dining experience. While some guests have mentioned areas for improvement, such as limited sauces and smaller portions of certain sides, overall Golden Chick remains a great spot for a tasty meal with family.
