“To the manager at Napoli's in Wylie. I want to compliment you on your staff and the service I received the last couple of times I've been there throughout the Christmas holidays. These young people were very friendly to all customers both in person and on the telephone. They were busy about their task at hand. I never saw them cutting up or just standing around. They were all working. I want to give a special compliment to Joseph our waiter who checked on us several times throughout our meal even though it was crowded. He was very kind and respectful.And also to Caitlin or Kaylan who took my phone order. She was very friendly and helpful. If you have the funds I think these young people deserve a reward of some kind. Thank you for hiring and training your employees to treat customers in the way they would like to be treated. “It was empty when I first pulled up but another couple came in directly behind me & a few more ppl came in after we had sat down. The young lady who made my pizza was very friendly & interacted with me while she made the pizza. She rang my order up & gave me the Veteran discount (it was Veterans day & yes I do have my VA ID) although the pizza could have been cooked just a little bit more, it was done & tasted great, as usual!“

I do not mind waiting for fresh pizza. usually get a 3 meat large but sometimes I add to them. the people there usually dont mind. I think this location is cheaper than other pizza places in the area. if you do t mind dealing with kids you will like this location. I've rarely had problems in 7 yrs coming here.“
