“This place is in our neighborhood and we have been thinking of coming for a while. Finally made time to stop in and I don’t know why we waited so long to try it!
It was nice and cozy for a Thursday afternoon. No wait and were immediately helped. Food came out so quickly and the portion sizes were grand, which is great because the food definitely hit the spot! We filled up and left feeling well cared for.“

“Went with some friends, the atmosphere was friendly. We liked sitting on the patio. The pizza is good if you enjoy super thin crust. The toppings were flavorful, and recommend "the bee's knees" . Also they're pretzel was soft and delicious, and pita with hummus was really tasty.

Parking: They have a parking lot behind the place, but if you go during peak times, it can be hard to find a spot.“

“I have visited twice now and both times were incredible. The food is excellent and the service is impeccable! Melita and Leo waited on us this past weekend. It was a pretty busy Saturday night but those two didn’t skip a beat waiting on us. They are both so attentive and personable. I can’t give enough kuddos. All around an amazing experience! “Today I tried Heirloom for the first time after seeing a Facebook post about them. Being from NY, I’m pretty picky about pizza. This place was great! They use All Trumps flour, which is a NY staple, their pizza was thin and crispy, we enjoyed every bite!“

These young people were very friendly to all customers both in person and on the telephone. They were busy about their task at hand. I never saw them cutting up or just standing around. They were all working. I want to give a special compliment to Joseph our waiter who checked on us several times throughout our meal even though it was crowded. He was very kind and respectful.And also to Caitlin or Kaylan who took my phone order. She was very friendly and helpful. “We have eaten a few of their menu items. All have been over the top with flavor and quality. I recently had the Tony Salad which had the best flavored hot chicken breast. The homemade Italian dressing was a perfect compliment to the flavors. And you can't beat their yeast rolls. They have a large selections of beer and wine. Their prices can't be beat.“

“I’ve been all over the world and this is my favorite local restaurant. The owner here is so wonderful and his staff are incredible. This is a great place to dine alone or with good company. I love their wine selection, lobster ravioli, chicken Napoli and fried ravioli most of all. I’ve been coming here for over a decade for so many reasons. They aim very high to please and they never miss!“

“We have come here for years , some people will like and some not, not crowded you can actually talk to each other and not have kids running around and a bunch of racket. great place for a teenage guy to take a girl on a date that they can talk to each other. Entrees are large.“

“New update: Visited Brio's today(10/25/24) for dinner and had KALIE as our waitress. She was the BEST waitress we've had so far, and there are many great servers here! We are still grieving over a recent huge loss in our family and Kalie's personality was exactly what we needed as she brought the life and energy back to us for the night! Once again the food was perfect! Had the Bruschetta Sampler, Beef Medallions entre', and the Pasta Brio. Also, opt for the Creme Brulee' to end the night with one of their BEST desserts! We'll definitely be back very soon and will be asking for Kalie to serve us again!

I don't normally give 5 stars since I absolutely save them for times like this latest visit to Brio's. We nvr look for negative since that'll occur on it's own. But when the Hostess provides a very warming reception right off the entrance, the wait staff on point from taking orders for drinks, appetizers, then entrées and get nothing wrong and kept ALL soda/tea drinks replaced without asking nor waiting till we are sucking down the residue at the bottom of the glass, and the food was EXCEPTIONAL, they fricken deserve 5 Stars with no question! We always start with their Lobster Bisque since it happens to be our FAV place to get this! The Calamari was amazing! The Grilled Steak Salad(med rare) was cooked to perfection with a steak that was absolutely delicious as one of the best steaks from around all of the DFW metro, and we eat at a LOT of steak places. Ingredients of the salad was SO SO good and very fresh! Our friends had the Grilled Salmon Salad that both said was cooked perfectly and not dry! No desserts this time and no wine as well, since it was lunch and going back to work, but they do have a GREAT wine selection of that's your thing:)“

“This establishment is "EXCELLENT".....I have been there 5 times, each time on business this year, every time we come to Allen, usually every other month.....My son and the rest of our group have been here close to 20 times. Our 1st time there we sat in the bar, the young lady suggested you can also eat in there as well well order from the bar. We took her advice and never looked back.....Our waiter the 1st time was Mike...This guy is 2nd to None!!!......Made many suggestions, which were great, and we ordered. The food & drinks were Excellent!...Next time, there were about 20 of us at 2-3 tables, again, we had Mike for our waiter.....he did have a little help which is normal for the size of the group. He took care of All our needs, just Perfect!...He is the 'GOLD' standard what waiter's, hosts, and servers should be or anybody in this type of business!.......The restaurant has been very clean too, including the outside areas, restrooms and parking lot!...Never a problem at this fine establishment!......I am very critical on my revues too, as I was a recent retired state & government contractor inspector!....The employee, Mr. Mike, He is absolutely Great!....He is what you would call a J.O.A.T. "Jack of All Trades"..........Please, Other employees or people in this type of business,....."Read & Heed".......Hats Off to a "5 STAR" establishment!!!!!“
