“The dog-friendly, covered patio was cool. The server treated our dog well. We had pizza and were pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Service in general was good. It was a Sunday evening and they had some poker tables going, which were filled with mostly women. We’d love to go back.“

“Had a vacation with my friends and we flew into dallas on the way home and after a day of rough flights and delays- we wanted one thing and that was some pizza and wings. We googled pizza places and looked for some options and fell upon Zio Al’s. We called to place an order, paid over the phone and headed to the store. When we got to the store they couldn’t find the order- we quickly found out that someone called the wrong location to place their order. Feeling defeated, the manager was kind and helpful and still made our order at the location we were at. In a short 15 minutes we were given probably the best pizza i have ever eaten!! We ordered the supreme pizza, the signature, and two orders of wings and Oh My Gosh the absolute best!!! Will be going there again next time we are in dallas. “A blast from the past I felt like I walked into the '80s. The staff was wonderful. The atmosphere and lighting was exceptional. There is no seating inside, but we were allowed to take the table and chairs outside and tailgated in the front with our four pizzas. If you've been to New York and tried their Pizza, this is the closest thing you'll find in Texas. The margarita pizza was delicious. The braised cupped pepperoni was perfect. The aloha pineapple that was juicy mouth-watering with excellent Canadian bacon. You can tell that the sauce was homemade and love was put in by the chef. I look forward to taking my friends back and enjoying this new find. I think we are going to make it a tradition with our group growing each visit. “I recently tried the pizza at Can Am Pizza, and it was honestly one of the most flavorful pizzas I’ve had in a while. The toppings were fresh, the crust was perfectly baked, and the seasoning had a really nice balance that made every bite delicious.

“Never had St. Louis-style pizza before (uses provolone instead of mozzarella) and is now one of my favorite styles. The crust and sauce are fresh and flavorful. I spoke with the owner and the sauce recipe is a long-time family recipe. They don't use Sysco produce and bring in fresh to make everything they can from scratch. You can tell they take pride in what comes out of the kitchen. And those rolls they bring before the meal… easily one of the highlights. Soft, warm, and so good they almost feel dangerous.

The service was solid throughout. Staff checked in often, kept drinks full, and made sure everything was on point without hovering. The place has a comfortable, welcoming vibe that makes the whole meal feel even better.

Food came hot and very fresh. We did the family combo, which was a large cheese pizza, large pepperoni pizza, cheese breadsticks and wings. Lots of food for a decent price. “First time trying this location and second time trying Mr.Jims pizza. The first time I tried it was so many years ago when I lived in Mansfield, I remember it being good. My husband and I saw this place leaving the gym two doors down ( It’s about balance right?… 😂) anywho we ordered two mediums because they had a special. I got pepperoni, Italian sausage, beef, pineapple, and jalapeño, my husband got pepperoni and Italian sausage. The slices were cut through all the way, the ingredients did not have that weird freezer taste in the meat, and it was absolutely perfect! My son ate all but 3 pieces of my pizza, and then he finished off my husbands pizza for lunch the next day. The cashier was very friendly and expressed gratitude for us for trying his place and hoped for us to be happy enough to come back. I will definitely be back! This location exceeded expectations!“

“This Pizza is so good, we came back quickly after trying it.
The First time, we did 2 small pizzas for me and my wife. They looked like personal pizzas but plenty of food for leftovers and sharing for 2 people. The next time, we ordered a large and the mini. The mini is definitely for 1 person. The large is big and they cut the slices for 2-3 people easily, however it is pricy for a single large pepperoni around $23. However we love it and will return.“

“Only pizza place open during a winter storm in Frisco Tx. So greatfull because I would have never tried it otherwise. Hate desi style pizza's. I told them we prefer regular American style pizzas. Ordered a large with fresh jalapenos, one with black olives, spinach and mushrooms. Buffalo wings and garlic bread. Everything was delicious. Toppings tasted totally fresh. Wings were amazing with just the right kick.
The only issue with the pizza was the crust. It was a little thick and chewy. Thin crust would have been much better.
A nother issue was with the parking lot iced solid. I almost slipped multiple times. They should have shoveled and salted the parking spots and area in front of the front door.“
