“We loved our experience with The Northampton House! The venue is so beautiful, and elegant. The staff was wonderful to work with and they worked hard to help us create the wedding reception we envisioned. They’ve recently made changes to the kitchens and added a new separate entrance to the Monarch room. Both of these changes made our event run even smoother than we had imagined.
We rented the whole venue and loved that we were able to have the whole event in one space. We had ring ceremony, followed by dinner and then an open house reception. Our guests were able to stay in one location the whole evening.“

“I absolutely LOVE Rise By Good Day! Moving here frrom a town in IL just north of Chicago, I never expected to find quality kielbasa in UT... but low and behold, Rise By Good Day has saved my polish cravings and kept my stomach happy. You have to get the Weselna Kielbasa. It is my absolute favorite. You also cannot go wrong with pierogies either. Or the poppy seed bread. Or the polish apple pie. I also love trying all the other polish foods and snacks. The ketchup is my new go to. Don't get me started on the Paczki. That's a delicacy of its own. Stop in, you wont be disappointed. The service is amazing. The owner is so friendly, as are her staff. I cannot recommend this place enough. I am looking forward to them opening the new location in West Jordan and trying their pierogi pizza and kielbasa pizza. Mmm!!“

And trust me, they will leave happy they got to celebrate with you and with happy bellies. Darla is an angel! She is very detailed oriented. And knows how to make everything taste delicious! You will LOVE using her for all your events.“

“Okay but I need to say this, La Casa de la Empanada is so worth the stop.
I was actually starving when we went in, and one bite in it was instantly worth the wait. The masa was perfectly cooked, a little crispy on the outside but still soft inside, exactly how it should be.
What really stuck with me though was the experience. The woman running it was incredibly kind and welcoming, just a genuinely warm person who made the whole visit feel special.
It’s the kind of place that leaves an impression beyond just the food. Already excited to grab more when they start popping up at the farmers markets again!

“PROS: Susie was easy to work with before our arrival and the groceries were there when we arrived which is definitely a luxury. Communication was good. The brisket chili was absolutely delicious. The charcuterie board was huge with a lot of variety. CONS: A few extra groceries were purchased (doubled the bread and bagels on our order), the cost of pre-made food which is not published on the website menu is high. We were charged $300 for 6 servings of chili. $50 for a bowl of chili is too much, even if was absolutely delicious. OVERALL: Susie was a pleasure and I am glad we did it but you definitely pay a lot for this luxury.“

“I've honestly lost track of how many times I've stayed here. 😂 This is by far my favorite hotel to stay at! I travel a lot for work and constantly staying in boring hotel rooms gets old quick. There's just basic/boring decor paired with uncomfortable furniture. HOWEVER, THIS B&B has much more thought put into each room. I have stayed in the Rome and Paris rooms. Rome is easily my go to because it feels so unbelievably cozy that I feel like I'm still at home! Paris has been newly renovated so it is very charming inside but it is worth mentioning that there are no windows in the Paris room. I believe only 2 or 3 of the 5 rooms have windows: Tahiti, Rome, and potentially a third room next to Rome (maybe Cancun?). So if you're looking for more of that secluded (ignore-the-world-and-all-your-problems kind of rooms) Paris and Maui are probably better suited for you. XD Some of the best features are: AMAZING beds (They really went all out. I have had to update my bedding at home because these beds raised the bar...), no human contact (this is nice because it removes the formality of it being a hotel and it truly feels like it's your own space), and an immersive experience (provides a unique stay compared to other cookie-cutter hotels). That being said, there are things that potentially couples might not enjoy. For example, there is no door on the Rome room bathroom. I travel alone so this is not an issue for me. :) Now when I travel to Salt Lake, I don't have to put any thought into where I stay...I just check to see if the Rome room is available. XD I definitely recommend giving this cozy little stay a shot. That being said, please don't book the Rome room when I want it...🤪“

“I can’t say enough good things about this place! My daughter who is highly allergic to basically everything you can be allergic to, hasn’t been able to have a birthday cake with the whole family till I found this beautiful unique cotton candy cake. Not to mention it was incredibly satisfying to cut into. Like cutting a cloud. Anyway, the price was very reasonable. The customer service was amazing, she came to drop it off at my house, I didn’t even have to go to the store to pickup. My kids and husband commented on how sweet and nice she was after she had left. The cake was delicious and I got so many compliments on it! Thank you so much for the great experience! Will definitely be ordering again in the future.“
