I used Susie at Alta Provisions for cocktail hour appetizers at my wedding at Alta Peruvian Lodge. She was fantastic to work with from start to finish - she provided menu options and suggestions based on my taste, signature drinks, and what produce was in season. We landed on peach/burrata skewers, gazpacho shooters with shrimp, and brown butter radish crostini. She provided a beautiful presentation/set-up, and was timely and professional. PROS: Susie was easy to work with before our arrival and the groceries were there when we arrived which is definitely a luxury. Communication was good. The brisket chili was absolutely delicious. The charcuterie board was huge with a lot of variety. CONS: A few extra groceries were purchased (doubled the bread and bagels on our order), the cost of pre-made food which is not published on the website menu is high. Premade dinners and meals are delivered and stocked for groups, and the food is fresh everyday, delicious and convenient. The brisket chili is described as the best chili ever tasted, absolutely delicious, and the charcuterie board is huge with a lot of variety. Communication is good and the quality of specific brand items matches requested equivalents. People pay a lot for the luxury of having everything there, though the cost of pre‑made food can be high.
