We stopped in on our way from Capital Reef to Bryce Canyon two weeks ago and I am still thinking about this cafe! My son and I had hot lattes, which are unanimously THE BEST we’ve ever had. Like, ever. (I cannot stress this enough.) And my husband enjoyed a divine cherry almond pastry. The barista said it was a crowd favorite and it did not disappoint! Now, I sit at my desk, back home in Knoxville, Tennessee, trying to devise a way to get my hands on another Tumbleweed latte…
This place is awesome! I was so happy to find a breve and a croissant. But not just a croissant. I have not had a croissant like this since I was in boulangerie in Paris! The banana bread was also out of this world. This is a must when you are within a 2 hour drive of boulder! Definitely going back
