Recently ate here for the first time. Made the trip from Salt Lake to explore the area and celebrate my birthday with dinner at Hell’s Backbone. It was so good we not only had my birthday dinner, but went back the next night. Service was excellent, food was superb and the entire vibe of the place just felt right. It was a perfect fit! I’ll definitely be back.
So fresh and delicious! Everything I had was amazing with wonderful flavors and well balanced. I've been across the US and many international locations and I consider this to be one of the top restaurants I've been to based on their food and service .
The food at Hell’s Backbone Grill & Farm was absolutely AMAZING! Everything we ordered was incredible — the bison NY strip, grilled pork chop, and the chocolate chile cream pot were all delicious. Every dish was flavorful, beautifully prepared, and exceeded our expectations.
