Recently ate here for the first time. Made the trip from Salt Lake to explore the area and celebrate my birthday with dinner at Hell’s Backbone. It was so good we not only had my birthday dinner, but went back the next night. Service was excellent, food was superb and the entire vibe of the place just felt right. It was a perfect fit! I’ll definitely be back.
Easily one of the most enjoyable meals we've had in a long time. What made this special wasn't just the fresh and original dishes but the entire package offered by Hell's Backbone Grill, including awesome service, a tasteful environment, and the perfect soundtrack. The biscuits were excellent, the Jenchiladas were delicious, and the spicy meatloaf was terrific. We had a flawless meal.
Absolutely must stop and eat! Fabulous food, amazing friendly service. We did several small shared plates so we could try it all. The biscuits are to die for. The pear jam was good I had to buy some jam to go. If I'm out this way again I will definitely stop in.
