Driving through on the way to Capitol Reef, we had originally planned to stop at a taco truck but they were closed. And I'm so glad because we had the best lunch with the most lovely waitress! As a vegetarian with food sensitivities I have a low-level dread when we blindly try restaurants while traveling. I was so pleasantly surprised.

Probably the best burger I've ever had. Great outdoor space. Has indoor too. A must if you are in the area. Took the Burr Trail afterwards 👍👍
