Restaurantji's Brigham City guide: Where to find the best Mexican flavors.
“In my opinion, the best Mexican in Utah. They not shy on there portions and the amount of cheese they put is amazing! The service matches the food, Vivi and co, are incredible! P.S. you have to try the carrot cake, it falls apart in your mouth!“
“We don’t eat Mexican food anywhere other that at Ruben’s. Our family has been eating here for over ten years. Even when we didn’t live in Utah, whenever we came back to visit we would make a special trip to Ruben’s. Their salsas (red and green) are always fresh, just like the chips. I have tried most everything on the menu. My favorites are the Molcajete, carne asada, and the chicken tortilla soup (which may be an undiscovered cure for the common cold). My wife only ever orders the Tacos al Carbon. She’s probably had that dish 50 times, and she never tires of it. This is just good salt-of-the-earth food, prepared well with high quality ingredients. If you stop in Brigham City for fuel or food as you’re traveling along I-15, take the extra few minutes to head into this cute little town, and eat at Ruben’s. It’s worth it.“
“The food is always good. The only reason I gave 4 stars is cause price has gone up and I feel the meat serving has gone down and there not open 24hrs anymore other than Thant not bad to say. Staff is always polite even when there is a language miscommunication. They all seem to always be happy and ready to serve there customers.“
“First time at the Brigham location. Staff had a good understanding about gluten free options. My husband had Chile Verde burrito and said it was delicious. My enchiladas were good. Staff was helpful, courteous and the restaurant was clean. Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options and they are careful about cross contamination.“
“Brigham City Taco Time is the best. This is the only fast food place in town that still has amazing customer service. Their staff is always friendly and the food is always great. There’s a reason their drive thru is always a long line, food is made fresh and everyone loves it!“
“Good food. The young man who helped me was working the line alone. He did a great job for how many things I ordered and having to do it all alone.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access. The door is not automated but they are not super heavy. There is handicap parking and ramp access to get on the sidewalk.“
“The food here was soo good and the service was perfectly (: I got the Pastor and carne asada tacos with pasole on the side, I loved every bite? not to mention their bread was soo good too. Excellent food, great service and really friendly atmosphere. 10/10 would come “
