We had the rib eye and roasted chicken for dinner. And we also had the free breakfast buffet that was included with our hotel stay. The rib eye and chicken were delicious and perfectly cooked. The veggie sides were a little undercooked, but better than being soggy. The breakfast was nothing special but at least it's better than packaged eggs and cereal you get at other hotels.
I feel like this place deserves at least a 3. The service was friendly though inattentive and a bit slow. Not for lack of trying though, they were just very busy and there was only 1 server for the floor and 1 bartender behind the bar, taking care of probably a couple dozen people. There were two people at the host desk and it feels like they probably could've helped more on the floor. We got the chili and Caesar salad and cleaned our plate and bowl. The ribs were great. Sides like the baked potato and sweet potato fries were okay. Baked potato was over baked. The sausage was dry and over cooked. Tri-tip was good. Ice tea was fresh brewed.
