Brody’s Mexican Restaurant here in Cedar City is absolutely top-notch! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the incredible hospitality – the staff genuinely make you feel at home. I ordered the Supreme Nachos, and wow! Every bite was loaded with delicious toppings, from the perfectly seasoned meat to the fresh pico de gallo, creamy guacamole, and jalapeños that added just the right amount of kick. The flavors were spot on, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients.

“We stopped here on a long road trip and were so excited to check-in in time to use the indoor pool and then walk over to the free lawn show at the Utah Shakespeare Festival. It had a good breakfast with a waffle maker & decent coffee. My son loved the yogurt dispenser at breakfast. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and parking is free and plentiful. We ate at the Sizzler next door bc there weren't a lot of restaurants in the area that were open.“

“CV is a Mexican diner that we frequent - no matter where we are. Each franchise is different from the next, which can be subtle or not so subtle. For the most part, this CV in Cedar City provided a good dining experience. One dish I particularly enjoy is two cheese Enchiladas with the hot sauce. In this case, hot meant HOT ? ?. HOLY MOLE! I love spicy. I love that zing from the peppers. But either I was in a funky way or this batch of hot sauce received three times the normal amount of zing. After two bites, I could no longer ingest my food, and I paid for it dearly throughout the night! Haahaahaahaaaaa!“

“Rita's is easily the best fast taco shop in town. We have five or six others, one things either City is not short of is good Mexican food, but Rita's takes the cake when it comes to good fast street tacos.

Their breakfast burritos are okay, but I think that Alfredo's are a little better, but that's the only thing that Alfredo's does better.

The carne asada burrito here is amazing. I would say that the adobada burrito is also fantastic. The street tacos are amazing and we often get the mini tacos for our kids and ourselves for a quick dinner.“

“The Cedar City Cafe Rio has done a complete turn-about from a couple years ago. Cafe Rio sets the bar high on the freshness of their product and cleanliness of their stores. The Cedar Cafe Rio certainly delivers! Everything they make is top notch.
My recommendation...Try the soup with Fresca instead of the pico.“
