First, attended quickly, and when got to the window, the person at the window was great, friendly, even smiling which would be hard for me for a whole shift unless it was purposeful, and the way they want to be. Very cool and that reflects well upon the hiring! Thanks for making lunch great! Also, the ice in my cup was not too much. You know how some places must train their people to fill the whole cup with ice and then fill the empty space with soda? They must not be told to do that here, because it was a reasonable amount. Not too little, and not too much (I hate it when restaurants cheap out on the soda and in those cases I remember!)“

“Fantastic Experience at A&W in American Fork!

I had a great visit to the A&W in American Fork! The restaurant was impressively clean and well-kept — everything from the dining area to the restrooms looked spotless. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, which made the whole experience more enjoyable.

What really made the visit stand out, though, was the General Manager, Joseph. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and clearly takes pride in running a top-notch restaurant. His attention to detail and friendly attitude created a positive, inviting atmosphere that you don’t always find in fast food spots.

If you're in the area and craving a classic root beer float or a burger, this A&W is the place to go. Clean, well-managed, and full of friendly faces — especially thanks to Joseph and his team!“

“I'm a fan of Carl's Jr from my childhood! Haven't had one where alive now for over 20 years...The minute we walked in to this location I noticed the work ethic of what seemed to be the only person working at the front (and he was). He was hustling between the drive-thru, cash register AND prepping food! He was friendly, greeted us right away, was multi-lingual - speaking Spanish to another worker in the back. Even though we could sense he was busy, he helped us without seeming rushed, only giving quality customer service and answering our questions with good detail. After taking our BIG order for 8 people, he was considerate enough to explain that there were only 2 workers so it may take a bit of extra time. We were happy to wait because this young man was so great. And then - he managed classic business smarts - he under promised but OVER delivered, getting us our food in minutes including free cookies!!!

Everything is made fresh and comes out hot off the grill, just the way it should be. The burgers are packed with flavor you won't find anywhere else, the shakes are legendary, and the portion sizes are generous without breaking the bank. It's old-school in the best way, and every bite is awesome!

Hot, fresh, fried meats on the grill. Chopped, spiced, and mixed with fried mushrooms, onions, oregano, and seasoned with Red Wine Vinegar before toasting the bread on the grill, melting cheese on top of all of it, and filled to the brim with lettuce and tomatoes!

Just might be the GOAT of all sandwich’s! Seriously! These guys know how to sub!

“I never go to Carl's Jr, and only came here because my kids had vouchers for free kids meals. This location was the closest to my house and I figured it would be as good as any other location. What started as a super frustrating trip to try and use the vouchers turned into a surprisingly pleasant meal with my family. Kevin observed my frustration with the Carl's Jr app and went far beyond what I would expect from any employee. He was patient, kind, and so helpful in explaining small nuances with the app. Not once did he seem annoyed, and had a genuine friendliness about him the entire time. The food tasted fine and was exactly what I expected. The service, however, was better than I've experienced at any other fast food restaurant. “I get to enjoy del taco once a year when I come back for competition. I make this my first stop every year. I get the same thing. Del classic chicken burrito. After a very long drive in from texas, this was destination number one. Pulled into the drive through placed my order. The guy at the drive through window was very polite and nice. “First of all let’s just get it out there that del taco will save us during the recession?. The only place with prices under $2 that will actually go a long way. The food is surprisingly good too! The ingredients are fresh and quality. Such a treat.

Mostly, I wanted to compliment the man at the register, Juan, for his amazing act of kindness towards two tween girls that were being a little bit of a pain/entitled. He had every right to be annoyed. But he was so patient with them and gentle. He took care of them with so much grace and I think it affected these girls because they changed their attitude.

I spoke to him after my meal and thanked him for his loving example, and the inspiration he is for everyone around him. He said that we are paying his salary and that it is his job to take care of the customer. Hello?! Is this the CEO? No. It’s a humble man probably not bringing in a hot salary. I’m astounded by the goodness of this guy!

I hope he knows that people like him are the moral fabric of this country. I’m grateful for our friends that move here from Latin America and bring their culture of love and kindness. So refreshing.

“We went to ST.George to the night and decided to stop at the iceberg drive inn to eat dinner. The staff is amazing,the service is amazing,the atmosphere is awesome. We ordered our food and thought it came out super fast bit a waitress came and gave us two tickets for free milkshakes because the long wait. It was such a good place to eat. 10/10 recommend . “So unfortunately I jumped the gun on reporting a missing menu item from my online order. So did I not receive it, YES but man was I wrong when I thought I was screwed on the order. I had some coworkers that always go to that location and was told to call the manager named Randy. They told me he would take care of it and that he was awesome. So I called the store and let them know what happened and he already knew what was missing and told me to come back to the store when I was able to and he’d take care of me in a meal for the issue. Within 5 minutes of me calling him, he told me to just come to the store. Randy had my food ready in my hands within seconds of my arrival. I felt guilty that I jumped the gun on this issue. I will now only buy from this Del Taco location for as long as Randy is manager. Awesome experience thanks Randy“
