First, attended quickly, and when got to the window, the person at the window was great, friendly, even smiling which would be hard for me for a whole shift unless it was purposeful, and the way they want to be. Very cool and that reflects well upon the hiring! Thanks for making lunch great! Also, the ice in my cup was not too much. You know how some places must train their people to fill the whole cup with ice and then fill the empty space with soda? They must not be told to do that here, because it was a reasonable amount. Not too little, and not too much (I hate it when restaurants cheap out on the soda and in those cases I remember!)“

“This McDonald's has the best folks. It's always clean (which is saying a lot since the high school is across the street), everything is stocked, and quick service. The manager and everyone there is so friendly. They must treat each other right because you get to know everyone's smiling face - not the turnover that other restaurants can have. “I get to enjoy del taco once a year when I come back for competition. I make this my first stop every year. I get the same thing. Del classic chicken burrito. After a very long drive in from texas, this was destination number one. Pulled into the drive through placed my order. The guy at the drive through window was very polite and nice. Received my chicken burrito pulled out into the parking lot and enjoyed my little slice of happiness.“

“First of all let’s just get it out there that del taco will save us during the recession?. The only place with prices under $2 that will actually go a long way. The food is surprisingly good too! The ingredients are fresh and quality. Such a treat.

Mostly, I wanted to compliment the man at the register, Juan, for his amazing act of kindness towards two tween girls that were being a little bit of a pain/entitled. He had every right to be annoyed. But he was so patient with them and gentle. He took care of them with so much grace and I think it affected these girls because they changed their attitude.

I spoke to him after my meal and thanked him for his loving example, and the inspiration he is for everyone around him. He said that we are paying his salary and that it is his job to take care of the customer. Hello?! Is this the CEO? No. It’s a humble man probably not bringing in a hot salary. I’m astounded by the goodness of this guy!

I hope he knows that people like him are the moral fabric of this country. I’m grateful for our friends that move here from Latin America and bring their culture of love and kindness. So refreshing.

“I like that I can get a gluten free burger and gluten free fries, but it's not great food, just good food.
Suggestions:
- offer a gluten free bun; I'll even pay extra for it. It's too messy to try to eat a juicy burger wrapped in lettuce, and it's near impossible to knife and fork it without a plate.
- diced onions are not compatible with a hamburger. I would much rather have an onion slice.
- I get that overfilling the fry cups makes it seem that I'm getting a lot more fries (which I truly am), but I would just prefer a larger cup that can hold all my fries. I understand I may be in the minority on this one.

“So unfortunately I jumped the gun on reporting a missing menu item from my online order. So did I not receive it, YES but man was I wrong when I thought I was screwed on the order. I had some coworkers that always go to that location and was told to call the manager named Randy. They told me he would take care of it and that he was awesome. So I called the store and let them know what happened and he already knew what was missing and told me to come back to the store when I was able to and he’d take care of me in a meal for the issue. Within 5 minutes of me calling him, he told me to just come to the store. Randy had my food ready in my hands within seconds of my arrival. I felt guilty that I jumped the gun on this issue. I will now only buy from this Del Taco location for as long as Randy is manager. Awesome experience thanks Randy“

“Fun kids meals! My kids enjoy the chicken rings and fries.
I asked today if their fries are gluten free though and was told yes, but needed to be told no because they are not cooked in a separate fryer. I know to ask now, but I didnt always. Please train employees to let ppl know they are not a safe option here. Some other restaurants are really good about keeping things separate.

Then I got parked because, yes, I was in the drive-thru and took another 13 minutes before I got my food shake was melted, but that kid kept it light and checked in with me we he could . And made sure I was happy with food when he brought it to us. That kid was awesome.“

“Like most people I enjoy Arby’s from time to time and typically my experience at Arby’s is fine, but nothing to write home about. This time was a little different.

This Arby’s is FANTASTIC! I was so pleased with how welcoming the staff were and how kind and patient they were with my young boys as they were ordering their own meals for the first time. The girl behind the counter was sweet and kind and the manager was helpful too. I’ve been to plenty of fast food places where managers seem to be unkind or roll their eyes at their own staff, but this manager was great and genuinely friendly.

Not to mention, the food was great. The buns were soft and fresh, the meat was delicious, and my boys ate all their food.

Overall this was one of the better fast food experiences I’ve had in the past few years and that means I will definitely be back!

Great food, wonderful staff, clean dining area, nice atmosphere, easy parking, all in all a great place to grab a bite to eat.
