“I usually rate a fast food place at a four but the employee working the late shift tonight was incredible. He made a little mistake and owned up to it before I could even make the request. He took care of me, and my late dinner in the car was great. I love the potato cakes. Service was their forte tonight. I'm sorry that I did not get his name.“
“I somehow ordered my lunch to the wrong address by mistake. The staff went above and beyond by allowing me to come in after my shift to get a new sandwich and drink, even though they didn’t have to. I truly appreciated their kindness and understanding. Every time I visit this location, the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you so much for the great service!“

“This chipotle feels like what it used to be. You don’t need to use “chipotle hacks” here. They give you the portions we all want. FULL scoops of rice. HEAPING scoops of chicken. Feels like I’m back in chipotle prime. The gentleman who served us was polite and attentive. My $10 chicken bowl was the heaviest I’ve felt in a long time. Also the chicken and rice were cooked perfectly. Can’t stand when I get crunchy rice. This was not that. My husband got a double chicken bowl and I was stunned by the absolute MOUNTIAN of chicken on his bowl. Will drive out of the way to come to this specific location in the future. 10/10“

“I drive past another Costa Vida to come to the Centerville location because they are so friendly and clean and make you feel welcome. They take pride in their product. I’m never concerned about cleanliness or cross-contamination. They really do a great job! We love them!“
