ordered a large order to be delivered to a care center. paid for order online. Delivery was 15 minutes late and the driver asked the care center to pay for the pizza again!!!! When I tried to call the store for 30 minutes straight, they wouldn't answer, picked up the phone and hung up without saying anything. My husband ordered pizza for our family tonight. when he placed the order it said 35 to 45 minutes, an hour and a half later it had changed the time to 72 minutes, it was well past that. I called and spoke to a manager and he told me it would be another 40 to 50 minutes because of high order volume. I suggested that they not take more orders than they can handle and he informed me it is against company policy to not take orders.
