“Slackwater is a good choice due to the variety of options. This downtown location was very busy. They were almost going to close and it was still extremely busy.

Since it was late, I wasn't able to.get more of their marinara or something else because the kitchen was already closed.

“We loved Stoneground! We were recommend by friends who live here as we are on a work trip and we couldn’t be happier. The hostess was very sweet and helpful and ..... Joel at the bar was awesome! He was killing the drinks coming in to the bar while also conversating and taking orders and great care of us. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

“Four year search for authentic Italian Neapolitan pizza, found the perfect place in Holladay, limited menu of well executed food, warm friendly service. Open limited days and times, but worth adding as a regular night out“

Much to our dismay there were no raisins and we are always on the lookout for raisins in our cinnamon rolls. Carl, the owner, said he’d make a pan with raisins for just for us. We took 10 huge cinnamon rolls home and the family indulged in the best rolls ever! Thanks Carl!“

“The food was good and portions overall great for pizza, pasta, and dessert. The salad is a side salad and not worth the $10 it costs. Their menu could have better descriptions and drinks listed. I felt the menu just felt confusing if you don’t know pasta names. I thought service was great and our waitress was great. Atmosphere is a little bland and loud. I might come again, but for the price it’s not at the top of my list. For drinks and main courses, plus a few shared desserts, we spent around $40 a person, which is a lot for “casual” spot.“

“I came here on a whim with 5 other people and the food made a alright day great. My only complaint was they only had bottled sodas but they also give you a glass with ice and a straw with the glass bottle. I haven't really been to a place where the staff isn't nice but the customer service here really stood out to me. The atmosphere is good and that's coming from someone who doesn't care about atmosphere at all. For all 6 of us getting food the bill was around 120$ but for a smaller group/paying for your own food it would definitely be more affordable“

“I'm really torn on the service because it was great when we were first seated until about halfway through, but fell apart completely by the end of our dinner. We were actually eating dessert with butter knives and stolen silverware from other tables. Water glasses remained empty. It's not a cheap place to eat. The restroom was a mess and not well taken care of.“

There are no gluten-free or dairy-free options for pizza, so we leave the cheese off for our dairy allergy kid and he's very happy. When I got there I noticed that I had made a mistake on one of them, and made a sigh in my disappointment in myself. The manager heard my sigh and asked if something was wrong on the pizza and before I could even tell him that it was my fault he was offering to help. When I explained that I meant to order the same thing, but in a larger size, he was more than happy to make me another with a smile on his face.
I think his name was mason, but it has been a couple days since then.
But shoutout to mason and the customer service he provided!
