I think tacobell gets a bad rap bc customers are impatient. This place is great I come after work lately I run a store nearby and Everytime I'm happy :) I mean it's food you get from a drive thru but those are real people in there trying the best they can and I appreciate that. Keep up the good work. Very nice guys working at the window at night too Everytime so polite I really appreciate that.
The heavy set male at the window needs an attitude adjustment if he wants to work customer service. I asked for extra sauce and he gave me two mild packets. He then continued to say he gave me extra when I had a dozen items that my children put a packet on each bite. He is extremely rude and we will not order from this location if he is working. I have honestly had other people tell me of similar situations with him. He sucks, has a bad attitude, and is not good for business.
Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Taco Bell.
Several items were missing from our order, and most of the food that was supposed to include protein didn’t have any. The items that did include protein had the wrong meat. We also received hard shell tacos that were so soggy they completely fell apart, which shouldn’t happen. Also some items were extremely burnt.
