Auntie Anne's Reviews
Maybe not the prettiest pretzel but it was perfectly tasty! Buttery, salty, exactly how I like it. And the service was friendly and fast.

Auntie Anne's is a pleasant dining spot with helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant is kept clean, and the pretzels are often served warm and delicious. Customers enjoy the cinnamon sugar pretzel and frequently praise the warm, soft, and chewy pretzel bites, especially when ordered ahead of time. However, some reviews mention inconsistency in quality, with occasional stale or burnt pretzels, and a few reports of pretzels tasting days old, despite efforts to warm them up. The store shares space with Jamba Juice, allowing customers to get pretzels and smoothies in one visit. The ordering process includes self-order kiosks and direct service from staff, with clear instructions for payment. Parking is ample, and the atmosphere is generally pleasant. While prices are a bit higher, the overall experience is considered good, though some customers prefer other locations for fresher pretzels.
