“I got the medium spice, and it was spicy enough that I don't see how anyone would enjoy anything spicier. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. I really appreciated how it was a dry rub versus a sauce that it was drenched in. My only complaint is the price, once you add in a drink (not included for some reason) it's almost $20 for one person. Plus they ask for a tip, which is crazy for a fast food place that's already pricey.“

“Had never heard of this place before but I’m so happy I found it- the best spicy fried chicken! Crispy, juicy and delicious! The spice is balanced and flavorful. I have tried the medium, spicy and lift off and all have been excellent! While the liftoff definitely had my eyes watering- it was still a very good ‘warmth’. Both visits I have got the sandwich+ tender combo.
Also- the crispness of the crinkle cut fries with their house sauce is amazing!
10/10 would recommend!

“First time! Went w my girls on our lunch and i think the manager took our orders; he was so nice and awesome, told me about the spiciness levels in detail and was so awesome! Food was soooo good and fresh, wish I took a better picture, the fries were surprisingly still crispy when I ate it a few hours later
I thought the spicy level was going to be spicy from how it was described and I normally can’t handle spicy but the spicy for me tasted medium, next time imma ask for the next level up of spicy

“Such a sweet spot to go, but they also have savory waffles! Everything we’ve ever tried here is so delicious, the cream is made from scratch and so creamy and delicious. Bring a date here and enjoy your waffles while staring at the paper maiche birds and leave a love note post-it on the wall. The cutest spot ever!! “I ate some chicken here, got hot, they weren’t lying… the chicken was not that fresh anymore and it seemed as if it was drowned in red pepper flakes. A little underwhelming but I never leave a bad review. Maybe it was on me for getting hot and coming at the wrong time“

“Wow. I have not had KFC for a number of years. When I have seen it or read about or even tried it was not impressed… to say the least. In fact I was shocked that KFC was even still in business.
I was having a camp out a few days ago and wanted to honor my late father. Whenever we would go on a camp out in Arizona he would always stop at the KFC in Payson and buy a bucket of chicken.
This was going to be more of a gag gift and then send a picture to my brothers. Make them laugh kind of thing.
I bought the bucket and my life changed. The food was very, very fresh. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The biscuits were so light and fluffy they were like the souls of angels.
Seriously, the food was good. I saw this location was in the top fifty KFC locations in the United States. It was a great meal.
I would go here again and not even for a joke. The food was very good. Don’t forget to get the biscuits.“

Parking: In both locations there are other big stores as well, so you can find parking, it just might not always be close. The Drive-Thru moves very quickly also!

Kid-friendliness: My 3 year old (twin)grandchildren love going in!! They always get a treat or surprise ?

Wheelchair accessibility: I was in a wheelchair for 6 months about 4 years ago and I had no problems at all.“

This trip, my family and I got the 8 piece mixed with macaroni, mashed potatoes and beans. All the food was HOT! All the food was FRESH! Juicy chicken, sweet and savory mashed potatoes and gravy, perfectly seasoned beans. The macaroni wasn't mushy and overcooked like some of the other "chicken" guys; It was fresh and cheesy. Overall the establishment gets 5 Stars. Any negative experience would have been human error and not the fault of the company. “Had to get me some yummy KFC. I stopped in; normally I just hit the drive-through, but I'd been in my work van all week. So I went into the lobby, which was kinda busy. I'm getting a little impatient, thinking, okay, I'm just gonna go elsewhere. Then I got a very nice young lady who asked me how I'm doing. I was about to be annoyed and say something about the wait time before I could say a word; I had this sense of peace come over me. Destinee was the employee who approached me. With her smile and simple kindness, she just made my day. I got my food - yummy! As I was leaving after eating my lunch, Destinee sent me off with again a simple farewell, smile, and kindness. I wish I'd had more time to chat. As I was eating, I had noticed she was helping others the same way. You guys are lucky to have someone like that working for you; she was genuine. You know, it seems like the simple hello and smile have left our day-to-day. I had a few stops before the end of the day and gave a quick howdy and a smile at my bank and next couple of interactions. Thank you, Destinee, for the reminder on how to keep it simple.“
