My husband and I had an unfortunately bad experience and service provided by one of their employees last night.
For $85 they made me a very homely cake. We asked for a cake that would fit in for Thanksgiving I hope it tastes a lot better than it looks.
An addendum to this post. I sent them a picture of the cake and they refunded all my money. I do appreciate that the company resolved this.
We had an unusual birthday cake request for my 7 year olds birthday today. Being new to the area, I wandered in seeing the store to ask about ordering a cake. I’ve never heard of them or experienced them before. They did an amazing job!! This was better than I even expected. The staff was SO kind. I will definitely be coming back for my future birthday cake needs as well as any other bakery and lunch items.
