“I love going to this Crumbl location when I am in Traverse Mountain. Brayden is always super kind and helpful. He has great customer service and you can tell that he genuinely cares about getting to know you and take care of you. “My friend got these for my baby shower and they were SO good. I think they got the peanut butter and Oreo topping. I would eat these every day if I could!!!! Would give 5 stars if the app would let me but I can’t because they offer non-vegan items. Updated from previous review on 2025-01-08“

“I went for the first time this week because it’s Wizarding week and wanted the Harry Potter ones. I went in said I had never been there and asked if any of them had peanuts in them. I was told yes, but that they could custom that one so I could still get it which they did and the guy that was working was very cautious to make sure they were safe for me. I will definitely be returning“

“I've been buying your products for a little over a year and a half now, which I've loved! The first time it was delivered to my house and he even gave me a demonstration of some powdery ones ? Delis, Even my husband's family who are Mexican have been fascinated by the desserts of our Venezuelan culture, especially their puff pastry cakes haha?, I think it's the best and 100% recommended every time I go to Latin stores I find it and buy a sweet that is ? deli, with its respective coffee haha.. Also something that left me very impressed is that about 2 weeks ago I rented one of their decoration services party and she didn't ask for a deposit ? anyone asks for a deposit or they would be suspicious that they would not deliver the product they are offering, on the other hand the opposite is true for her, she trusted 100% that one would return it, she is the BEST! Without making a long story short, 100% RECOMMENDED

“We loved it there! We had the nicest young man help us out. Super friendly! He knows what great customer service means for sure! Even helped set up all the umbrellas so we could enjoy our snow cones in the shade. We loved that they were open earlier in the day too. It’s summer! It’s hot all day long! “We visited Crumbl Cookies in American Fork last week and had a fantastic experience. The highlight was a cheerful staff member who provided exceptional service. She greeted us with a warm smile and enthusiastically offered recommendations for their cookies. Her friendly attitude and helpful suggestions made our visit special. “Recently got turned on to these cookies when one of my housemates went on a treat run to the gas station, and OMG SO GOOD! Now I make regular trips to the gas station around the corner and buy up their Sugar Fix cookie supply (especially the sugar cookie ones!) They look at me like I'm all crazy and I'm sure I'm gonna get fat off of these, but I don't care. These are pulling me through this pandemic, and I cannot recommend them enough. 10/10 totally wanna bulk order these and get completely wasted on them.“
