Burgers are on the smaller side for the prices, and the place is a bit more on the expensive side but still yummy and worth the stop. However, one reviewer experienced lack luster service, sarcasm, and mediocre food, and did not feel welcomed. Others noted the air is cranked up so high it freezes customers out, and the dining area is not cleaned often, with dirty tables and floors.

We are so seriously addicted to Freddy's Tacos. The Eagle Mountain employees are amazing as well. We are so impressed by Nicole Cano. She seems to be there everytime we go. She is always so friendly and happy and she is ALWAYS doing something. I never see her standing still. she is impressive.

Opening weekend and I'm already so impressed! The lobby was full, the lines inside and at the drive thru were long. My expectation was it was going to be chaotic. It was not that at all. We were greeted and the atmosphere felt friendly. Staff was making sure every table was being wiped and self serve areas were restocked, everything was clean. I had a minor thing happen and the Manager Amanda really went above any beyond. My Family and I were extremely Impressed! She is the Best she is a phenomenal exceptional Manager and Employee who I hope gets a Massive Raise when the Owner gets customer feedback!
