Food is delicious. I am happy to have a quick serve restaurant that has healthy options. The process to order and pay for your food is a mess. First you order then you watch your food sit there and get cold while you wait to pay. At the cashier you have to re order your food because the cashier has a no idea what you ordered. A lot of times there is a pile of food and they are searching blindly for what you ordered. This process seems broken and the staff is always confused....
I LOVE this Zupas, the manager, I think her name is Kyler, is the best. This restaurant is BUSY and even when I show up and there's a million people there she recognizes me and knows what I like to order. She's a phenomenal employee. She creates a very welcoming environment. The restaurant is always clean despite being SO busy, and the food is always quality. She also gives great suggestions on new things to try and is super knowledgeable about the menu making eating...
Service is always lacking – you cannot get anyone’s attention when you need help. Ordered the cup of chocolate and strawberries and it was more than half empty – the website shows something very different than they deliver.
