2023 - The last several times we've been to Zipz their food has been either very undercooked (hamburgers are left raw in the middle), or overcooked (coconut shrimp is burned).
A few weeks ago, I returned my hamburger and asked for a new one cooked through, ate not even half of the new burger because it was raw in the middle, and ended up with food poisoning.
